Who should receive it?
Your employer must give you this statement before you start, or as soon as possible afterwards. Casual employees also need the Casual Employment Information Statement. Employees entering a new fixed-term contract also need the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement; follow the related link on Fair Work’s page.
